How do I participate in the auction?

To participate in our Ezy-bid’s auctions you must first register with Ezy-bid.com.  Registration is straight forward and free of any cost or obligation. Ezy-bid will be given 2 bids free when you registered, but to keep playing you will need to buy more credits. Click here to register now to get 2 bids free and join the party! 


Can I refer friends to Ezy-bid?

Yes, we are encourages that you can invite or refer friends to joint the party! After you have registered become Ezy-bid’s members, by Click to “Invite your friends” banner’s from the lower left column. It’ll take you to the page: http://ezy-bid.com/referrals you will earn 10 free bids each time you refer a friend who signs up and purchases some bids. Ask the new friend to enter in your username or email address in the 'Refer' box when they register, or simply ask them to vist the following link:http://www.ezy-bid.com/users/register/admin. You can also invite members from various social network websites and popular free email services by clicking here.

 

How can you sell these products at such low prices?

The pre-paid nature of our auction model allows us to offer these products at incredibly low prices. The difference between the auction price increment and the bid price contributes to the product cost.

 

Are the products brand new?

All the products are brand new in the box with standard manufacturer’s warranties.

 

Where are the products shipped from and how much does shipping cost?

The products are all shipped from local reputable suppliers to any address in Australia. The shipping cost differs between products and is stated under "Your savings" on the product page.

How do I purchase bids?

You must pay a fee for each bid you place, by purchasing bids on the “Buy Bid Package”. When you are logged in, at the top left menu with “select a Bid package” drop down menu, just select a suitable bid packages as you wants, then press “submit” button that will takes you to the Buy Bids page. You can pay securely through PayPal for Bid Packages.

 

How much are bids?

Each bid cost are varies from $0.52 to $0.65 (65 cents) AUD (Australian Dollar). Bid packages are various sizes; the more you buy in Bids (by select Bid Packages) the cheaper they are.

When does the auction close?

The auction timing is 15’s seconds; the clock (digit) ticker will keep counting down until the bidding stops. If the server timer reaches zero before anyone else places a bid, the last bidder win the product at the final ticket price.

 

Why did my bids not register?

Sometimes internet lag can delay your bid in reaching the Ezy-bid servers before the auction closes. This can be caused by a number of things, but is usually due to high traffic somewhere between your PC and our servers.

There are a number of ways to reduce the chance of this happening:

1. Don't leave your bidding until the very last second.

2. Use the Bid Buddies (Auto bid agent) to place your bid.

3. Don't download or send large files while using Ezy-bid.

 

I won an auction, what happens next?

Congratulations! You will receive an email confirming your winning bid from Ezy-bid. Please contact our online live support team if you do not receive the email within 8 hours after the auction ended.

The email will contain a link to “My Account”, where you can pay for the product as the wining prices, does not forget confirm your home address. We will ship the product within 10 working days from the confirmed payment once your payment of the purchase price and all fees are confirmed.

 

How many auctions can I win?

Ezy-bid has limited the number of auctions won per to 2 per day (24 hours) and to 18 per 30 days. As fair playground with this limitation, so that as many people as possible will have the same opportunity to take advantage of Ezy-bid’s fantastic savings. If the win limit is reached, then any set Bid Buddies (Auto bid agent) will be cancelled and any non placed bids in the Bid Buddies (Auto bid agent) will returned to the user's account.

 

Is this a lottery?

No, Ezy-bid is not a lottery or any other form of gaming. Because the outcome of every auction depends on how many bids a bidder is prepared to place, our auctions contain no element of chance or skill.  It is possible for a bidder to win any auction provided that the bidder is prepared to place enough bids.

Of course, the cost of bids can add up and we encourage our users to exercise common sense when placing bids. You should also keep in mind that winning an auction is not the same as winning a prize. The person placing the winning bid is bound to purchase the product at the last bid price reached.

 

How do I know Ezy-bid won't shill bid on these auctions?

Our entire business is based on customers winning premium products at fantastic prices. We rely on customers who win to spread the good words for it. We will never place bids to raise the price or keep an auction running. It doesn't make sense commercially and none of our team would ever support this practice. We all joined Ezy-bid to build an exciting new auction platform in the fairest and most transparent way possible.

 

What is the Fair Auction Guarantee?

With our Fair Auction Guarantee you can be sure that we do not use any systems that automatically bid on our auctions (Bid Buddies). We also guarantee that no employees of Ezy-bid or their family members are allowed to bid on the auctions. The Fair Auction Guarantee is our way of showing our users what we stand for, and is an important part of our core values. Ezy-bid auctions are for the benefit of our members, and only members can bid on our products.

 

How does a Smart “Bid Buddies” (Auto bid agent) work?

Bid Buddies (Auto bid agent) monitor your bid when you cannot be on line, or when you would like to have bids placed automatically for you. You simply decide how many bids you want to place and the maximum price you are willing to pay. Bid Buddies automatically bids for you each time someone else places a higher bid. However, Smart Buddies always waits until no more than four seconds remain before the auction closes. Buddies will automatically stop bidding when the current bid passes your maximum price. Buddies will only deduct bids from your account when you do not have the highest bid and never beyond your maximum price.

 

How do I set up a “Bid buddies”?

Choose the auction you would like to bid on. The Bid Buddies can be found at the lower right of the screen. Enter the number of bids you want Bid Buddies to have access to, and specify the maximum price you want to pay in this auction. Then select 'set'. The Bid Buddies will bid on your behalf up to your maximum price or bids – which ever comes first.

 

What if there are several “Bid Buddies” on the same auction?

All Bid Buddies will take turns bidding until they run out of bids, and the Bid Buddies that has the highest bid at that point will not continue bidding unless a user places a higher bid.

 

Who am I bidding against?

In global auctions, all Ezy-bid users can bid, regardless of country. Global auctions allow us to offer many more auctions in our network and therefore allow more of our users to buy products at fantastic prices.

 

Can I opening Bids early on the Pre-set Auctions items ?

No, please do not opening Bids too early on the Pre-set times items (listed for up coming items which have times are set for auction's times), you'll lose your Bids due that "we have the right to delete that items" at any time as it will cause overwhelming limit of auctions items, and cause that we may block you out the site too!

 

Are there any local auctions?

Currently all our auctions are global, we made the decision to offer high value products globally rather than lower value products locally. We would love to hear from you if you would prefer local auctions and we can make this happen.

 

Do I get refunded for bids spent on the auction?

None-refundable policy at Ezy-bid, we do not refund for Bid's pakage that you has been pay. The bids you spend on each auction contribute to the product costs, at the moment there is no refund or credit for bids spent on these auctions, you can't trade or sell your bids to any other members.

 

Why does the timer not reach “0” before the auction has ended?

All bids are governed by the Ezy-bid servers. When a bid is received before the auction time on the servers reach “0”, the Ezy-bid servers accept the bid, verify it, then send a signal to all current users.

There are a number of reasons why the timer on auctions may not reach “0” before the auction has ended.

1. The connection between your PC and the Ezy-bid servers is lost. If the connection is lost, your PC timer will continue to count down as it has not received the signal from the Ezy-bid servers to reset the timer.

2. The browser you are using has used up it's available resources. Ezy-bid site is unique in the way it constantly communicates with the servers, whereas typical websites download a page once our site constantly communicates with the servers to receive bids and manage the auction timers. Older versions of internet browsers or browsers with many plugins may freeze after hosting the site for a long period of time. We recommend using the latest internet browsers and reducing the number of plugins or add ons.

·         Ensure no-one on your network is downloading large amounts of data such as video or audio files from the internet,

·         Ensure no-one on your network is streaming data or playing online games,

·         Don’t send large email attachments.


The only way to ensure this problem does not effect you is to make sure you don't leave your bidding until the final seconds of an auction or to use our Auto-Bid function.  We're very sorry if your bid was not registered by Ezy-bid servers in time.

 

My auction timers stop constantly and I have issues placing bids, what can I do about it?

Due to the constant communication with the Ezy-bid’s servers to manage the auction timers and bids, some wireless or satellite internet connections are not stable enough to deliver acceptable use of the bid rival auction site.

Please try the rebooting your wireless modem to see if the connection quality improves. Some of our customers use the Bid Buddies when the connection quality is bad, Bid Buddies are registered and run on the server, so you can bid regardless of your connection quality.


What can I do to improve my chances of winning?

Be comfortable with the Ezy-bid.com website; read the FAQ's and the How-it-works pages, it’s including very useful information. Try out our Ezy-bid’s Bid Buddies (Auto bid agent) function, where you can set your personal Ezy-bid account to bid for you. Have also a look at the 'My Ezy-bid' section of the website, once you are logged in.

·         Place your bids using a certain strategy; bid early or bid late.  Keep your eyes always focused on the countdown timer. Don’t bid too late though - you might miss out on a mega deal!

·         Use Bid Buddies (Auto bid agent) to your advantage; leave it on at times when you are away from your PC. It is also a useful tool to exhaust the competition.

·         Remember that you can view the last 10 bidders from the products specific page. You can observe and even record that data in order to know your competition better. Understanding your competition is a very important aspect of winning.

·         Start bidding with less valuable products as fewer numbers of bidders tend to be interested in lower value products.

·         Try to concentrate your bidding on one or a few items. Placing bids randomly is not a good strategy.

·         Understand how other bidders place their bids and what time of the day they are bidding. Ezy-bid is to a large extent about timing, so perhaps you can work out the best time to come and win a bargain!

·         Bid at the right time of day, the number of bidders varies throughout the day. Bidders can use this to pick up bargains by bidding when others are busy having lunch or commuting home from work.

 

What is Ezy-bid refunding policy when you have technical difficulties

In the unlikely event that a technical issue occurred and an auction closed pre-maturely, then all users that placed any bids within 10 minutes before the auction closed will have all bids that they placed in the auction that closed pre-maturely refunded. Ezy-bid reserves the right to decide when an auction has closed pre-maturely.

 

The same product offered in all countries?

Ezy-bid strives to offer the very exact same products to all users regardless of their geographic location. However, sometimes a product or a special version of a product can not be supplied in certain regions. In those cases we match the products to be as similar as possible and have as similar value as possible.
